Valentine's Day Time!
Our Valentine’s Day party will be Wednesday,
February 14 from 1:30-3:00. Students are encouraged to bring a box or
bag to collect their Valentines. Remember, if you send a card or treat for one,
you must send something for all! (unless, of course, you send something for
your own child). Glass and/or balloons cannot be taken on the bus, so please
don’t send those items unless your child has another way to get home.

Math Clue Word Sort
Students worked in teams to sort math clue words. These words help us determine how to solve word problems. We know that to be a good mathematician we also need to use our reading strategies. Recognizing, and understanding, these words allows us to be independent problem solvers.
